I received a nursing diploma in Cote d’Ivoire in 2006, and then worked with MSF for a year, in Danane, in the west of the country. I worked in the mobile clinic, specializing in STD patient care. After leaving MSF I returned to my job with the Ministry of Public Health of Cote d’Ivoire in Duekoue, where I worked in general surgery (consultation, emergency, operating room and hospital).
I arrived in Canada in July 2008 and intend to continue working as a nurse here.
